Parable of the Villainous Heroes

This nature parable illustrates the importance of accepting and being at peace with others and their life paths – even if their choices are much different than ours.

All around us in nature God is speaking to us through parables. The more I spend time in nature, the more I hear God’s messages for me. Recently, He taught me about accepting others and their paths in life – even if their choices are much different than mine.

It’s human nature to compare and contrast ourselves with others. We do it almost continuously without even realizing. The problem in doing that is that we rarely take into account their perspective, their backstory, their challenges, or the things they value most. Each of us has different values that drive us.

I hope you enjoy this video sharing what I call, “The Parable of the Villainous Heroes.” Those we label as heroes or villains often are neither … or perhaps both. We’re all a composite in one. We’re all just human beings…
