Breast Nurturing Essential Oil Blend Recipe

Breast Nurturing Essential Oil Blend Recipe

My mother had breast cancer in a duct of one of her breasts and had that breast removed. My sister had breast cancer within the last couple years and had a double mastectomy. Obviously, caring for my breasts is a top concern. In addition to getting checked regularly and eating healthy, I decided to put nature on my side too.

I talked to a friend who is very knowledgeable about essential oils and told her I’d like to create a blend that had the possibility of reducing my chance of getting breast cancer. She suggested including rosemary, lemon DDR Prime, and Frankincense. These oils are believed to be anti-carcinogenic.

Geranium and Ylang Ylang are also believed to be good for breast tissue. The other oils I included are ones believed to help with cell health and/or are thought to be anti-carcinogenic.

Obviously, I have no way of testing whether my breast nurturing essential oil blend works other than to use it and pray for the best. Even if I go my whole life without breast cancer, I can’t prove that it’s because of this blend. So take this for what it is … a personal opinion and act of faith.

Breast Firmness

There is one thing I have visibly noticed since I began using my breast nurturing essential oil blend. I’m 55-years-old and my breasts look better than they did 20 years ago. I’ve been using my blend in a spritz bottle daily after my shower. I spritz some on my hand, rub it into one breast, then spritz some more and rub it into the other breast.

Within a couple months of using the blend, I noticed that the shape and firmness of my breasts had improved. Even as I’ve released nearly 20 pounds this year and dropped a bra size, my breasts still are firm and well-formed. No sagginess happening. My mammograms have remained negative and … well, we’ll see how it goes.

If you’re an essential oils lover and want to give it a try, here’s my recipe. I’m not a perfume person, but both my husband and I enjoy the smell.

In a 2 ounce Fine Mist Spray Bottle combine the following:

  • 3 drops Frankincense
  • 4 drops Geranium
  • 3 drops Myrrh
  • 4 drops Lemon
  • 4 drops Rosemary
  • 4 drops Ylang-Ylang
  • 6 drops DDR Prime (a doTERRA product)
  • 4 drops Lavender

Once the essential oil drops have been added, fill the rest of the 2 ounce fine mist spray bottle with a carrier oil like fractionated Coconut Oil.

Emotions Related to Breast Issues

According to Karol Truman’s “Feelings Buried Alive Never Die” breast problems are said to be linked to the following feelings, emotions and behaviors:

  • Conflicts around worthiness
  • Denying individual worth
  • Feeling conflict in one’s nurturing ability
  • Not nurturing yourself

It’s a good idea to work through any of these emotions and behaviors. Again, I’m not claiming that eliminating these emotions is going to cure you or prevent anything. It’s just something to think about and consider. It’s always a good idea to nurture yourself and release feelings of unworthiness or self-doubts. So doing the emotional work certainly can’t hurt. The worst you can do is be more confident, well-adjusted and happy!

With SimplyALIGNTM we can address these emotions and help you release the limiting beliefs underpinning them. If you’re interested, you can find out how to work with me here.
