This exclusive one-on-one, nurturing experience is focused on helping you embrace the sacred within yourself and transition to a simpler, graceful lifestyle that gives you a sense of fulfillment and purpose. You’ll receive 14 private 20-minute sessions which includes mentoring, energy clearing and spiritual alignment.

These sessions need to be booked within a 6-month period. Most clients meet weekly in the beginning and shift to every other week.

Your Private Sessions – Your initial session will be a 30-minute planning session with me so we can customize this experience to your individual needs. Then each subsequent session, will be a 20-minute private session with me.

How Flow & Grow Alignment Sessions Work:

• Individual Focus: Whatever your objectives, these sessions are focused on YOU and your Flow & Grow needs! For example, your marital status might be changing. You may now be an empty nester or a retiree and suddenly have time on your hands but don’t know how to use it in a fulfilling way. You may be starting to realize that you’ve defined yourself by what you “do” instead of who you “are.” Whatever is going on with you, Flow & Grow Alignment sessions are designed to meet you where you are and connect you to your Core Sacred Self so you can find more peace and fulfillment in your daily life.
• Platform: Sessions are conveniently held via phone, Facebook Messenger, or Zoom.
• Initial Meeting: Upon registration, schedule an introductory 30-minute session to connect and establish your goals.
• Flexible Scheduling: After we talk, use a dedicated link to arrange your next 20-minute Flow & Grow Alignment session at times that suit your schedule.
• Personalized Assignments: Each session concludes with a simple, actionable “homework” to support your journey. Once completed, book your next session to continue progressing, flowing and growing.
